Description: This project aims to test the ability of commonly used data assimilation schemes in detecting an impending abrupt transition in a dual state system. The code is written as an R package and can be installed from the zip folder. General guidelines to install and run the code are provided in the README. The code can be downloaded HERE. REGSim: an open source framework for recharge estimation and groundwater head simulation
